▪️YOU WILL BE PROMPT TO GO TO THE RESTROOM TO WASH HANDS.
Clients are asked to not bring any EXTRAS IN THE SALON (BAGS, KIDS, FOOD, FRIENDS,etc)
▪️Rescheduling/Cancelling accepted up to 48hours before the scheduled service!! please call to cancel, otherwise your appt will be considered no call no show ...
▪️NO CALL NO SHOW WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK WITH THE SALON AGAIN..
▪️AN APPOINTMENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS PAYED AND WAIVER IS SUBMITTED
YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED IF AN AGREED WAIVER IS NOT RECEIVED.
Clients are expected to be on-time for their appointments. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed, after 15 minutes your appointment is automatically CANCELLED.
DO NOT BRING ANY EXTRA PERSON WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
